We start our blogging endeavor to thank Rick and Sandra for the their great crawfish boil yesterday! Joey took awhile to warm up to the crawfish, but a little stick poking at the live ones seemed to be enough to satisfy him. V kept him busy in the pool and Deb ate her weight in the "less" spicey mud bugs. Thanks to Bill for more Southern Pacific memorabilia to add to the train room.
Over the next several weeks, we'll document the preparations for our month long journey.
